Vylone Warranty Policy Updated March 15, 2026

Product Warranty.

Understanding how warranty coverage works when purchasing furniture through Vylone.

Warranty coverage for furniture sold through Vylone is provided by the individual supplier or manufacturer associated with each product. This policy explains how that coverage works.

01 How It Works

Warranty
by Supplier

At Vylone, we work with a curated network of furniture manufacturers and suppliers. Because many products are produced, fulfilled, and supported directly by the supplier, warranty coverage follows the same structure.

This means that warranty periods, conditions, and coverage depend on the manufacturer's policies. Where warranty coverage applies, full details are clearly listed on the individual product page before you purchase.

01

Review warranty details on each product page before purchasing

02

Warranty is administered by the supplier responsible for the product

03

Vylone assists with communication and coordination throughout

02 Supplier Warranty

What to
Expect

Warranty by product

Warranty coverage varies between products. Each product's warranty is determined by its supplier or manufacturer, not by Vylone. Coverage details will always be specified on the product page.

Clearly stated on the product page

If a product includes warranty coverage, the product page will clearly specify: whether warranty is included, the warranty duration, what is covered, and what is not covered.

Products without warranty

Not all products include warranty coverage. If a product does not include warranty, this will be clearly reflected in the product information. Customers are encouraged to review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Natural material variations

Natural materials such as wood, marble, stone, leather, and fabrics may display variations in color, texture, grain, or pattern. These natural characteristics are not manufacturing defects and are typically not covered under warranty.

03 Claims Process

How to
Make a Claim

If a product includes warranty coverage and you believe there is a covered defect, here is how the process works.

Step 01

Contact Vylone support

Reach out to our support team at support@vylonefurniture.com describing the issue with your product.

Step 02

Provide documentation

You may be asked to share your order number, a description of the issue, photos or videos of the product, and photos of the packaging if relevant.

Step 03

Review with supplier

Vylone evaluates the issue together with the supplier responsible for the product. We coordinate communication on your behalf throughout this stage.

Step 04

Supplier determines resolution

The supplier reviews the claim and determines the appropriate resolution according to their warranty policy. Vylone advocates for a fair outcome throughout this process.

Step 05

Resolution applied

Possible resolutions may include repair of the product, replacement parts, full product replacement, or a partial or full refund where applicable. The exact outcome depends on the supplier's warranty terms and the nature of the issue.

04 Coverage

What Is and
Is Not Covered

Where warranty coverage is provided by the supplier, the following general principles typically apply. Always refer to the specific product page for exact coverage details.

Typically covered
  • Structural frame defects

Defects in the structural integrity of the frame under normal use

  • Faulty manufacturing components

Parts or components that fail due to manufacturing errors

  • Hardware and mechanism failures

Failure of hardware, fittings, or moving mechanisms present at delivery

  • Craftsmanship defects

Clear defects in workmanship that were present at or shortly after delivery

Typically not covered
  • Normal wear and tear

Expected aging and surface changes that occur with regular everyday use

  • Misuse or improper handling

Damage resulting from use that falls outside the product's intended purpose

  • Incorrect cleaning or maintenance

Damage caused by improper care products or cleaning methods

  • Accidental damage after delivery

Physical damage that occurs after the product has been received and accepted

  • Natural material variations

Color, texture, grain, or pattern differences in wood, marble, leather, and fabric

Proper care and maintenance are important for furniture longevity. Improper maintenance may void supplier-provided warranty coverage. Vylone provides a detailed Care Guide to help you maintain your furniture correctly.
