Shipping & Delivery

Each piece is made to order to ensure the highest quality and craftsmanship. Production time is typically 15–30 business days, depending on customization.


  • Smaller items (such as armchairs, side tables) are shipped with express delivery, with an estimated transit time of 7–12 business days once production is complete.

  • Larger items (such as sofas and oversized furniture) are shipped by air freight, with an estimated transit time of 15–20 business days once production is complete.

Before dispatch, you will receive detailed photos of your finished piece for approval. Tracking information is provided as soon as the shipment leaves our workshop, allowing you to follow its journey to your home.

Please note: For larger items shipped by air freight, delivery is made to your address, but unloading and moving the furniture indoors is the customer’s responsibility.

Care

To maintain the beauty of your piece, vacuum gently with a soft brush attachment to remove dust. Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth. For stains, use a slightly damp cloth and mild, pH-neutral soap — dab carefully, never rub. Avoid direct sunlight and heat sources to preserve color, texture, and structural integrity. Because every Cozynest product is made-to-order based on your personal choices, we do not accept returns or cancellations once production has begun. However, your satisfaction is our top priority. You are eligible for a full refund or replacement if:

To request a refund or replacement, email us at support@cozynest.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will respond within 2–4 business days.

Please note that refunds are not issued for minor variations in color, post-approval changes, or customs delays. All shipments are fully insured, and we work fast to resolve any issues.

How long does production and delivery take?

Since every Vyloné piece is made to order, production typically takes 15–30 business days, depending on the complexity of your design.

Once production is complete, your order is shipped with express delivery, which usually takes 7–15 business days. As soon as your item leaves our workshop, you’ll receive tracking information to follow it all the way to your home.

Can I cancel or return my order?

Since each product is made to order based on your unique choices, we cannot accept cancellations or returns once production has begun. However, we do guarantee your satisfaction:

  • If your product arrives damageddefective, or not matching the approved design, you are eligible for a full refund or a replacement.
What if my item is damaged during shipping?

We insure every order. If your product arrives damaged, contact us within48 hoursof delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will investigate and resolve the issue within 2–4 business days.
